A Warm Welcome to "Our British Cousins"

Whether you come for business or holiday you'll leave the gloom of North Atlantic winters behind when you step aboard a British Air 747. Daily non-stop service links Gatwick to Phoenix where the investment climate is downright "hot" all year round. Richard K. Olsen will personally greet you as you exit customs and introduce you to Phoenix, the fastest growing city in the US.

Arizona is a vast territory. It's 20,000 square miles larger than the entire UK but has just 4,000,000 residents compared to the UK's 58,000,000. Elevations range from near sea level at the California border to nearly 13,000 feet at Mt. Humphrey in the northern part of the state. In some months it's possible to water ski and snow ski on the same day in two different parts of the state, it's so big. Arizona has a Lake on its northern border - formed by the damming of the Colorado River - that extends over 230 miles into the neighboring states of Utah and Colorado. And of course our best known and most-visited attraction is the Grand Canyon, one of nature's most spectacular creations.

Reasonable housing prices coupled with the most favorable currency exchange rate in recent menory make ownership of a vacation home in Arizona eminently affordable. As an example, a brand new 1,833 square foot two story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plus double garage and walled garden can be had for about 125,000 GBP. A larger unit with 4 bedrooms measuring 2,142 square feet can be had for about 150,000 GBP. These prices are for freehold, not leasehold and both models are situated in The Lofts at Colter, a private gated community just 10 minutes by car from the heart of downtown Phoenix.

Please send us your enquiry via e-mail. If you prefer to do some local research on your own go to www.arizonaguide.com for links to sources of Arizona information. If you're visiting from the UK for the first time you might have a look at "American English" to prepare you for the quirk some words we use for familiar items back home.
